Home Studio Guide – this is a fantastic guide to setting up a home studio.
XARC Mastering – Demos – fascinating before and after mastering demos.
Does anyone know of any good/popular Bittorrent trackers for legit (aka legal) material?
I’m thinking about putting together an EP for one or more of my songs that I’ve released the source to. It would include the original song, a collection of the best remixes and possibly the source for the track as well.
I don’t really want to deal with the hassle of trying to sell such a thing, but I’m thinking a big free torrent would get the job done nicely.
Please drop me a line if you know of any trackers I could use to distribute this thing.
The 365 Best Selling Songs of the 20th Century – nice to see Yankee Doodle and Livin’ La Vida Loca on a list together. (via J-Walk)
Open Labs neKo 64 – synth that has a real AMD processor in it and runs VSTis. Mmmm.
Guitar Geek – lots of visual representations of the guitar rigs of famous players. Awesome resource.
Radio Taiso – mp3 of a Japanese radio exercise show.
Taking the idea from kottke and photomatt and using Matt’s guide to adding them to WordPress, I’m experimenting with the idea of using “asides” on this weblog. Brief entries for things I don’t want to bother having a huge headline and much written text about. Gonna see how it goes.
Experimental Musical Instrument Links – a lot of really great stuff in here. (via Bifurcated Rivets)
Radil India makes electronic Indian instruments. Check out the products and sound samples here. I for one would like all of them.
