Not sure if this is your first experience with a Zen, you might be interested in knowing that there’s a rather large Nomad user community over at nomadness.net. There’s a bunch of helpful people on the forums and whatnot…

I have one of the old Creative Nomad Jukeboxes (one that had a 20 gig drive). When the 20 gig drive in it died, I bought a 60 gig drive, cracked open the Nomad’s shell and dropped it it. It required some kinda’ steady hands and keeping track of the small screws, but that’s about it. And it works great.
