Can I say that Paypal has the slowest, most poorly organized and frustrating website of all time? Because I just did. I’m basically at swear level 8 at this point.

Another note; they may not do it anymore, but they assuredly did–PayPal, that is–withdraw money from a bank account because they’ve decided that, well, the owner of said bank account got it in a way of which they disapprove. Declan McCullagh’s politech detailed one heartwarming description of a case where they decided they were anti-abortion and put a hold on the organization’s bank account for six months (the contents thereof, actually, having withdrawn it under a fraud provision of their contract–like the one they have with you, I’d be willing to bet, as in I don’t think they’ve changed it).
