Holy cow, there’s only a week left until the submission deadline for “the most cliche video ever” video for Fake It. So far there are only TWO submissions! Set sail for failure!
I’m not sure if it’s apathy or shyness or what. So… I guess we’ll see how this last week goes. And maybe I’ll try to find my rocker wig.
Isn’t flaking out cliche too? It’s hard to film though
Still working on mine. Did a test shoot on Tuesday and my camera was totally not up to the task (wouldn’t focus, would only record 4 seconds).
I have another couple things I’m going to that might work with the camera I have if I can ever memorize the lyrics. Will be out and about a bit tonight and might have funds for a new camera that might be better suited to the other idea I had.
I’ll get something in there before the 15th. Even if it’s 4 seconds of me and a guitar..

Hair dryer works alright if it’s a decent one.
Freezepop used one in the video for “Parlez Vous Freezepop”.
Shit - just saw this at 7pm. Luckily I am out in NFLD - an hour and a half ahead, and am just using footage I still have on my computer - with some crazy filters i found that take forever to render. AHHH. Still 6 more minutes to go!
And yes, oddly enough i did have hair blowing in hair dryer footage. coming in handy nicely.
