Okay I haven’t figured out much of a bandwidth solution so let’s just party. All the source for Out of It is now on ccMixter here. Also there are acappellas on ccMixter separate from the source if you only want those.
Here are the source files direct from me. I pray to the lord my server will survive this:
- Dropping out of School [33mb]
- Certain Death [24mb]
- Fake It [20mb]
- Bad Sign [31mb]
- There’s Something Wrong [24mb]
- Gasoline [27mb]
- Total Breakdown [14mb]
- Understood by Your Dad [18mb]
- Out of It [22mb]
- You’re not Going Anywhere [22mb]
You should upload anything you make to ccMixter and I’ll list it on the song pages and like… you’ll be part of song HISTORY!

I have started playing with the source in earnest and am currently twisting some of the album tracks together. I start small.

For bandwidth… bingo disk offers unlimited bandwidth. $30 a year for 10GB. There is another startup reputed to be half that cost. can’t remember who though… scale something. parascale.com I think.

Hey,
I have liked your stuff since I first ran into you over at ccmixter several years ago.
I notice your stuff is BY-SA on Jamendo, but the source is BY-NC on ccmixter. I just downloaded some source from your site here to check what license you might be using with this location but I see no mention of a license at all. Am I being dense? Or is there no licensing info in the zip file?
Would you be willing to license the source BY-SA?
As for bandwidth issues Check one place I put some of my stuff:
http://www.archive.org/search.php?query=“drew Roberts”
With the right license, they will host your stuff for no charge.
I hope you sell a million.
Oh, and here is one band I write for:
http://packet-in.org
Perhaps you might find something of interest there. If you are not already, and ever decide that you might like to get into the Free Software side of the music thing, ping me, I may be able to help some.
all the best,
drew
