It ruled. Probably the best of the three, and #2 kick ass.

It had a different vibe/feeling than the last two. The pacing was terrific though, it didn’t feel drawn out like parts of the last two.

The fight scene was amazingly kickass. His use of the book was great. The “shaky-cam” kinda ruined the NY car chase, though. I like the style, it really adds a lot, but sitting close and to the left of a theater screen made it hard for me to tell what was going on.

It was fun to see one in the theaters, though. The crowd exploded at “Jesus Christ, it’s Jason Bourne.”

Out of all the movies, this one probably had the best action and intensity, but I think overall I still like every film equally :P

I had a hard enough time choosing between Identity and Supremacy…

Yeah, the book fight was kick ass, especially after the long chase scene. I was sitting right in the middle of the screen at the middle of the theater and the shaky cam didn’t bother me. I once saw Lord of the Rings sitting in the first row to the right and nearly threw up though.

There weren’t many people in the theater, which I enjoyed as I am anti-social and hate other humans being around me when I watch a movie.

I hope they make another one.

I just downloaded the Simpsons movie so I’ll have to watch that soon as everyone says it’s actually pretty good.

Saw Simpsons last night; it’s a good watch. Brad, you’ll probably get a kick out of the blackboard gag in the opening.

I didn’t see the 2nd Bourne movie, but I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about the third one, maybe I’ll go back and check it out before seeing #3.

building: I’d watch the second for sure. It was waaaay better than the first.

I’m a little freaked out by the Simpsons movie maybe being good. I quit watching the Simpsons many years ago. Somewhere around the Grimes episode (what season was that?). And I always assumed the movie would be the worst possible phoned in crap. I just don’t know what to think anymore.

Death to shakycam! WWSD (What would Spielberg do?)! I get that fights and chases are disorienting and feel all shaky. But when you’re in a chase or a fight, I bet you can tell who’s chasing you from you, and who’s hitting you from you. So, the audience should be able to tell, too. Leave Impressionism to dead 19th century Frenchmen painting haystacks and foggy bridges.

Worst. Shakycam. Ever: in Bourne 2 Bourne fights a guy dressed in exactly the same colors. Ooh, gray blur is down! Wait! Gray blur is up! Gray blur hits gray blur with a gray blur! Gray blur looks hurt! Gray blur looks unhurt! Hit him, gray blur! Hit gray blur hard!

Maybe they can release stabilized versions like the Bigfoot footage or the assassination of JFK (obvious warning: explicit).

The Simpsons movie was okay. Better than I thought it was going to be before I had it hyped up, but not really a classic or anything. I did like that it actually had some character development — Lisa! — and the second half was great. The first half was sorta just Homer-is-a-dumbass time which is really not very funny to me anymore.
