Ive had good recordings on Acoustic but im having problems with recording electric guitar, just does not sound good.

I have
-Behringer 1202fx Mixer
-Digidesign Mbox2 mini (Audio Interface)
-Pro Tools LE 8

I just dont get the quality I feel like i should be getting, and I dont know what else I can do to get better so anyone offer some help?

I have a Jackson Dk2m
and an Ibanez Xiphos
then my fx board is a Boss ME-50
thats all besides the above listed equipment
