Although my dad is a professional flautist, I’m still learning the basic notes. At present I have the Yamaha Flute YFL-461, which I purchased from Hyson Music at a price that nade my friends go green with envy.

Classically trained French horn player (currently not playing :_( ). Can play a recorder decently, party guitar (the classical guitar is a bloody difficult instrument that I wouldn’t dare say I can play) and some survival piano.

25 years ago I bought a bass guitar and mainly spent years noodling. I tried learning covers and never really enjoyed it so I just kept working on melody. This last few years I kept trying to get into bands or find people to work with and it just never worked. I taught myself how to record and then I taught myself drums/keys and 4 strings on my acoustic guitar. I think the hardest thing for me is to sing and have people hear my voice, I think I sound awful but I’ve had some people make some nice comments and I just keep plugging away.
