I’ve always said that the question is not, “To be, or not to be?”, but rather, “Goo Goo G’Joob, or Koo Koo Kachoo?”.

No albums named after alcohol come to mind at the moment, but there’s bound to be at least one.

I’ve never heard of this Roger Waters feller, but I think I can take your word for it.

To me, I think Ozzy really solidified himself as one of the top writers when he wrote the lyrics to “Black Sabbath”. Not only that, but when he sings it, you really feel like “Holy shit…..this guy’s being tormented by Satan right in front of us…”, and that makes him one of the best singers. He really brought the lyrics to life with his vocals.

I could be biased though because I don’t care for relish as a condiment very much.

Roger Waters wrote Dark Side of the Moon and that’s an awesome album with awesome lyrics.

Ozzy definitely is an excellent singer and Sabbath doesn’t get enough credit.

To be honest, I’ve never listened to Floyd (unwittingly, at least).

Ozzy is, in my opinion, one of the greatest singers in the world. Why? Because of the emotion he put behind the songs when he sang them.

Animals is by far the best Floyd album. Heck it’s the greatest album of all time. Animals, Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, and The Wall are absolute must haves for any rock fan.

I think Ozzy has always been an under-rated lyricist. His vocal abilities and “stylings” are matched by few. Tony Iommi is one of the most innovative guitarists of all time. As far as drummers go, I rank Bill Ward at the top, along with Alex Lifeson, John Bonham and Charlie Watts. Geezer Butler is no slouch on the bass either. (yea, I’m a Sabbath fan)

Mmm, I think Keith Moon is probably above Ward. Not that he’s a bad drummer, I just like Keith more.

Iommi is one of the greatest guitarists the world has ever known, I agree.

Ahh! Keith Moon, a name I forgot. I’m sure there’s a couple others.

@DaveII, I just sang your lyrics along with some music I made for a song that I never really developed. I think they’re pretty good :)

Cool, I’d love to hear it.
