It looks kind of cool, runs in the browser and lets you create online Remix Competitions. I haven’t tried it but it might be fun.

Nice, I’ve seen a few of these browser-based editors and I wonder if they’re good enough to do any serious work in.

Hi Brad,

Thanks for checking out our site — Mixblendr is a little different from the other browser-based audio software out there at the moment, in that you can download our package and install it wherever you want (for example, on your website). Its also free and open source.

Here’s a partial list of audio features (and we’re adding more all the time):

- real-time effects
- automation for volume, pan, and effect settings on every track
- looping
- sample-accurate zoom
- key commands
