fieryprophet	I’ve mixed together all the tracks so far and. . .my subpar mixing skills probably don’t help. . .but it’s actually pretty good :) Kind of a groovy, easy-going feel to it. It’ll be interesting to see what Brad can do with it.

Brad	Can you post your mix of it? I’d dig hearing it. I’ve been resisting doing anything with the vocals until they’re all in.

Brad	That… is totally awesome. Like better than I could have ever imagined. I plan to use them more subtly in the album track (mostly faded in from the bridge onwards) but I definitely want to mix together a version with everyone for sure. Glad you like the song. I was feeling totally stuck with it until I thought about getting everyone else to sing on it. Hearing this has made my day.

fieryprophet	I just sort of put it together by ear, but I thought it turned out pretty well. Speaking of which, what kind of mixing software do you use? I did this with M-Audio Session, which I doubt qualifies :) Oh, and do you want me to send you any of the composition files?

Brad	I use Cubase for mixing. Thanks for the offer of files but I figure I’ll build it from scratch when the time comes. I blogged your MP3 by the way. I hosted it on my server, hope that’s OK.
