VariableRush	I’d read an article about Magnatune in Linux Journal and decided to check it out. Right on the front page, it said “Brad Sucks” was in the top ten. I thought of five things, in order: 1. My name’s Brad 2. How do they know I suck? 3. Maybe it’s a band called “Brad Sucks” 4. Do they? 5. Where are my pants? So I had to check the band out myself. I love “Never Get Out” and I want to license it from Magnatune one of these years.

RobinSamples	I was looking for a particular song to download from a site that hotlinks mp3s. So I typed in the name of the song and one of Brad Sucks’ songs came up as a result. I thought, what a funny name for an artist. So I stole some of Brad’s bandwidth and downloaded the song from this hotlink site. I loved it and had to find the whole album. I can’t even remember now what song I was originally searching for, or what Brad Sucks song popped up instead. Some artists hate hotlinking sites, but for bands like Brad Sucks, I think they can be very efficacious. I even wrote a song called ‘Hot Link Me’.
