Adam Curry's Daily Source Code

Hey awesome, my track Dirtbag was played on Adam Curry's Daily Source Code podcast for November 10th and Adam himself said some nice stuff about me. That's pretty kick ass and hello to anyone coming in from there. (Check out my album, all the mp3s are there!) He also mentioned that I'm being played on some other Podcasts as well (Dave Slusher and Promiscuous Bullet), which is hella cool and I've been getting some email from other Podcasters. If you're playing my stuff on your Podcast feel free to drop a line and I'll try to throw a link out to you or something.

MSN Search Beta

The Beta MSN Search Engine is online now. I'm probably biased due to getting flown to Seattle to see and mouth off about it before it was released, but I think it's extremely competitive with Google. An interesting (and a bit controversial inside the group) aspect is that when you search for musical artists an ad for the artist on MSN Music comes up and it lets you stream clips from the most popular songs right from there.

(Oh, and they have a blog too.)

Trauma Tour

In further licensing news, Bill Berry's Making Me Nervous remix and my Borderline Stutterbug remix have been licensed for use in a show airing Saturday November 6th on the Canadian Global Television Network (and then on the Digital Xtreme Network) called "Trauma Tour". According to one of the producers:

basically its 30 mins of Wakeboarding, Motocross and girls in bikinis - not exactly Shakespearean by any stretch of the imagination but should be some great eye candy.

I love having my tracks licensed but I'm pretty excited that one of the remixes has managed to get some licensing interest as well. Hopefully there'll be more of that to come. Thanks and congratulations to Bill Berry for the great remixes!
